Is it legal to download Instagram videos and photos?

Do I need an Instagram account or an app?

How do I save to iPhone or Android?

Do Instagram downloads have a watermark?

Why does my Instagram link fail?
Usually the post is private, the Story has expired or the link points to a profile rather than a post. Copy the link again from the three-dot menu on the post, Reel or Story itself and paste the full URL. If a download button stops working, paste the link once more.
